LearnX, an Australian learning conference and award program, recognised iClick2Learn in 4 award categories at this week’s annual conference and awards.
“I’m delighted, excited and so proud of our team”, said cofounder Natalie Bramble, “To have industry recognition for a regional online learning provider and joining the ranks of learning brands and teams from the University of Sydney, University of Adelaide, Department of Health and Ageing, Microsoft, Commonwealth Bank, Macquarie Group, Qatar and Qantas is amazing. It really showcases the learning standards and quality we’re delivering from Regional NSW are world class.”
iClick2Learn was awarded two industry awards during the conference for its Australian first on-demand learning library and program for volunteers and community organisations.
“When we started up, co-founder Glen Dunkley built our learning platform, and we developed all the learning material right here in Dubbo. We now license our on-demand learning to Government, councils, community associations and State based associations with over 8,500 learners participating in the library. It’s so wonderful for our team’s great work to be recognised”, said cofounder Natalie Bramble.
These awards take their award total to 10 awards received in 2022!
The award categories were:
Gold Award: On-Demand This award focuses on an on-demand eLearning project that’s been implemented to provide a just-in-time learning solution, available 24/7 to drive/support talent development.
Gold Award: eLearning Project This award focuses on an eLearning project that’s been implemented by a specific industry to train and support talent development.
A further two awards were given for a safe work and child safety learning project delivered in partnership with the Hunter Community Languages Inc. to 56 volunteer run, community language schools across NSW.
“We are proud to deliver some really critical work for volunteers and teachers at community language schools. The results were amazing, with 95.2% of participants saying this training helped them strengthen their risk management plans and child protection policies.”, said Kara Matheson, Education officer of Hunter Community Languages Inc.
These awards were:
Gold Award: Compliance: This award focuses on a compliance project that trained talent on laws, regulations and policies that applied to their job tasks/responsibilities.
Gold Award: Free Resource This award focuses on an eLearning project that uses modern design methods and permits free access to the online resource to drive/support talent development.
