Refunds and Returns
First time memberships:
We recognise that sometimes things don’t work out the way you wish they would. That’s why we offer a 7 day money-back guarantee for first-time members of our learning library.
To protect against someone misusing our generosity, we have conditions on this refund policy.
- All requests must be made within 7 days of the date you purchased the membership
- If a large amount of content has been viewed and downloaded (greater than 5 items) or 2 or more learning information resources have been downloaded such as tools, resources and checklists, the request will be rejected. Each item is valued at $39 dollars so you only need to download 2 things and you have already received the initial membership fee. It’s a reasonable and fair policy for all of us 🙂
- If approved, the person/organisation who has purchased the course must request the refund, not the person who has requested it.
- If approved, the amount refunded will be less any credit card or third-party fees such as stripe fees and a $10 admin fee.
Recurring memberships:
- When you signed up you agreed for an annual subscription.
- There is an automatic renewals checkbox option on the checkout page.
- We communicate to you via email to update you of the upcoming re-billing scheduled for your membership. We also provide information to you about how to cancel your membership.
- If you fail to do this, this is considered an error on your part.
- If you request a refund for a recurring membership an admin fee of $45 will apply to cover our time to manually instigate a refund and inclusive of credit card and third-party fees.
- Cancellation of your membership after the membership renewal will cancel your membership at the next billing date.
Prices are displayed in the currency in which the transaction will be processed (All transactions are done in Australian Dollars and / or are subject to conversion to Australian Dollars Currency)
