Do you have a lot of ideas for great projects or programs you want to run, and are just waiting for that perfect grant or tender?. The scary thing is, you are risking your success. Don’t wait, you can start getting ready now.
Some grant announcements happen when you least expect it and, sometimes you get that call or email just before the end of the financial year, from a funder that is looking for a good project to support.
You need to be ready and have a project plan ready to go – I call them ‘Shelf Projects’. They sit on a shelf waiting for the right time.
I know many of you have a lot of great ideas, but just haven’t taken the time to stop, sit down, and write them up.
Some of you aren’t sure where to start or what things you need to write down.
The good news is that we have a free project management template to help you, and in this video, we discuss why it’s so important that you plan ahead.
