Do you have access to the values of your organisation? The actual purpose of why that organisation exists or your community group or your not-for-profit? Do you know the values? Can you get that information? This will help inform your communications plan and where you’re heading. What’s the purpose of your organisation or community group? Do you know what that is? And do you have access to your business plan? This is the direction that you’re heading in.
