Making Your Meetings Work
We can’t operate without them, yet we groan and struggle with how to run them effectively. This course covers the key elements of effective meetings for sport clubs. It’s about people working together, being organised and having some guiding documents. Effective meetings flow out of well run Clubs. Oh, and it starts with you!
